12th New Jersey Wine & Food Festival

A celebration of the world’s best wines, spirits and top chefs from around the U.S, the 12th New Jersey Wine & Food Festival at Crystal Springs Resort takes place May 3rd – 5th. Held at New Jersey’s premier culinary destination, Crystal Springs Resort, the weekend’s events are designed to allow food and wine connoisseurs to meet and mingle with the world’s finest chefs and winemakers.

Events include the Friday night “Top Chefs & Top Wines” dinner featuring alumni from the Bravo TV series Top Chef; a Wine Cellar Dinner in the Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning cellar; seminars and tastings on May 4th featuring winemakers, interactive cocktail classes, and rare spirits; and The Grand Tasting, which brings together the top culinary talent in the state.

Attending chefs include David Burke, Aishling Stevens, Crystal Springs Resort & Restaurant Latour; David Viana, Heirloom Kitchen & Bravo's Top Chef; James Beard award winner Karen Akunowicz, Fox & the Knife & Bravo's Top Chef; AJ Capella, Summit House; Sara Bradley, Freight House & Bravo's Top Chef; Ryan DePersio, Ember & Eagle; Bryce Sorem, Terroir (NYC); Brian Lopes, Lita; Leia Gaccione, South+Pine American Eatery; Christopher Albrecht, Ryland Inn; Antonio De Ieso, Fiorentini; Robbie Felice, Bar Mutz & PastaRamen; and Francesco Palmieri, The Orange Squirrel returns for one night only in the VIP Grand Tasting.
